Someone asked me a few months ago what I love most about working in Real Estate. The answer? Easy. When I wake up each morning, I never know who is going to need my help, assistance, and expertise in the selling or buying process of a home. Every family and every need is different, and that makes it exciting.
I love the entire process! I love reaching out to new clients and researching the market. I love staging homes to appeal to buyers and then advertising our finished product. I love talking about Real Estate, reading about Real Estate, and looking at Real Estate. I love talking to other Realtors, Lenders, Inspectors, etc. about my listings or buyer’s needs. I love the negotiations that come with an offer. I love walking my clients through the closing process. All of it, every single piece of the selling/buying puzzle, I thoroughly enjoy it all.
I have somehow blended my passions of working with people and Real Estate into this fantastic career of being a Licensed Realtor. The decision to buy or sell a home is a BIG one. I am always humbled by friends/clients who choose me to represent and guide them through the process.
I would love the opportunity to partner with you on this great journey of buying/selling your home! Connect with me on Facebook, search Sarah Hart/Springfield Area Realtor or visit my website, Sarahhart.murney.com. Often times, in the busy digital world of ours we forget that an old fashioned phone call is sometimes the easiest! (My 5 year old actually saw a phone booth the other day and had NO idea what it was!) I can be reached at 417-823-2300, I’d love to hear from you!
My husband, Justin, and I have 4 boys. Yep 4. Whatever you are thinking about my house right now, you are exactly right. The baseballs, the dirt, the constant empty pantry, the sticky doorknobs, the tractors. All of it. You are right. We love the chaos that comes with a big family (obviously). And actually thrive on the busy times. My husband, an Optometrist, is a small business owner with Optometry offices in Republic, Monett, and Greenfield. When we’re not working, we enjoy most anything outdoors. We can be found on Table Rock Lake in the spring/summer months fishing or watching the boys’ best attempts at water sports. In the fall you’ll find us hidden in the woods where we enjoy bow hunting. Our faith is what makes us who we are. We are active members at New Life Church in Springfield and enjoy our time worshiping on Sunday mornings, our fellowship with our Connect Group, and the time we get to spend teaching Preschoolers about the love of Jesus.
At the end of the day, I feel like one pretty lucky girl!
